Make an Appointment

For certain military clinics, TRICARE Prime beneficiaries can book routine appointments online with their primary care manager.

Follow these steps to book an appointment using the TRICARE Online portal:

  1. Visit TRICARE Online.
  2. If you have an established TRICARE Online account: Click "Log In," enter your username and password and proceed to Step 5.
  3. If you do not have an established TRICARE Online account: Click "Register Now." (Note: a TRICARE Online account is different from a TriWest.com account).
  4. Select "I Agree" if prompted to confirm your agreement with TRICARE Online’s privacy and security policy
  5. Complete all required registration fields and hit "Submit."
  6. Book an appointment from your customized homepage.

If you have any questions or technical difficulties, contact TRICARE Online’s Customer Service department 24 hours a day at 1-800-600-9332.
